The events since the turn of the year in relations between and within the great powers have been trendsetters in terms of global development. A return to predictability of operations is a positive sign of interest in problems in the rest of the world as well. Past achievements are not enough. Every self-respecting state must also have faith in future developments.
Space and time in community
The individual becomes aware, shares, and exchanges information and feelings through consciousness. A person’s existence in a community is based on his or her interaction with the rest of the community. A single bond is born that is unique and begins at birth and ends with the extinction of living organic processes and consciousness. Communality recognizes the decision of an extinct eternal individual bond as individuals or “unknown soldiers, heroes, victims of an accident”.
A single bond is a unique physical entity with associated hierarchical double and triple bonds in the same space and time. The single bond is also the beginning of informative double / triple bonds related to the same space and time and the resulting cognitive, emotional, and community values on which the community secondary reality of the hybrid reality is built.
In social history, this secondary reality is divided into formal and informal components. The state and its predecessor structures represent the so-called official part. There is also learning in secondary consciousness that differs from the synopsis phenomenon of organic structure. The consciousness of the state system is based on hierarchy and only partially to the two-way exchange of information.
Hybrid issues in a changing world
In the Mediterranean countries and other ancient cultures in Asia, the Americas and Africa, there were societies that were corporate structures working together with state-owned enterprises between structures. They corresponded to the NGO / CSO structures of our time even before the beginning of our era. The model of cooperation existed for the great ideological-historical and structural changes of society in the 19th century until. The main actors were the various hybrid structures of the church state. In the Middle Ages, a guild developed in Europe, ending in the great upheavals of the 1800s.
These societies based on hybrid thinking have left behind more than just art treasures brought in as war booty in national museums and state palaces since World War II. It is only with the growth of the international community and interaction that the issues of origin of these objects and their transfer to industrialized countries have become international issues of controversy and new solutions to their ownership issues have been found. Justice and fairness are realized differently in a new way of thinking about international law.
The opening up of research on community thinking has received less attention industrialized countries. Instead, the Marxist development in Eastern Europe has experienced a kind of “recapitulation process.” in these matters between the socialist states and the developing countries. In Western countries, the media, truth, privacy, and know-how have gone their own way without a state guardian mentality. Only social development has worked in part in conjunction with the state. Social development in Eastern European countries was part of the overall state activity, without the independent communality of the third sector.
Starting points and priorities for activities
In the last century, the world car industry underwent a significant change in the construction of cars and vans. In car construction, the body was replaced with a self-supporting body that did lighter, cheaper and less energy-intensive than cars. Both road conditions and the number of car buyers had changed. Eight out of ten of these cars were driven on highways and city streets. The operating environment had changed, and it affected the features needed in the car.
There have been no significant structural changes in state thought and social policy, except for the mass transition from state institutional structures based on religions and the church state to secular states because of expeditions, renaissance, and great inventions that had already begun in the late medieval centuries. At the same time, the long-standing ecclesiastical tradition of knowledge and know-how was destroyed as the “material-economic” development and colonial politics that spread through the secular state spread to the functions of secular states.
The unification of spiritual values
As a result of the new way of thinking initiated by the Renaissance and the “colonial policy created by the industrialized countries,” man rediscovered himself in the time of the Enlightenment. The significance of the Enlightenment cannot be ignored in the most significant period of ideological history in world history. The world community built its ideological mobility on the “self-supporting body” of its time. Social the development was based on knowledge, information philosophy and value philosophy and innovation, which set in motion in Europe and realized in the rest of the world as the cradle of a new kind of thinking.
The power struggle between institutional structures was intense. Conflict between structures came as a blessing through the development of social diversity. All three together and one for all gave birth to solidarity and the triple bond. The current nature values were still to be seen. However, back to nature at that time saw the light of day. Scientific thinking had spread from the natural sciences to a new way of describing the structures of society. Europeanness was born in North America on a “saturated platform” at the mouth of the Delaware River. The constitutional state was born in 1789.
Scientific thinking makes a difference in the contents of things through classifications and empirical measurement methods. Anthropology and the development of the social sciences became “more heartfelt than the exact sciences”. There was also a qualitative change in thinking in social thinking. The teachings of theology were replaced by a broader social doctrinal structure that painted the social color landscape in even brighter and more numerous colors agreed upon by the Congress of Vienna in 1814–1815. It establishes the role of states in future international development. Internal affairs were still awaiting access to international developments.
Corporatism before tripartism
Corporatism already existed during the church state. It was involved in many things. There were also things who were not yet ripe for wider participation. Human rights have been a flagship project since World War II in the current tripartite thinking that replaced the old corporate model. There are other parts to the triangle that have their own functions. Already during the ecclesiastical state, the individual was part of the social fabric. However, when it comes to human rights, there is remembered to include the responsibilities of the individual.
The same goes for the constitutional state. The Constitution is a double-bound document that cannot grow obsolete like other laws in terms of rights and obligations. An individual whose constitutional rights have been violated should be entitled to a right without limitation provisions whether the country's case law is based on a double bond. Bringing a case under international appeal is a violation of individual rights and the principles of a sovereign state. The problem is the evasion of legal obligations, which is part of the practice of international law.
International treaties and law have built-in laws and treaties an evasion obligation that does not operate based on the principle of equality. It should also be possible to reconcile rights and obligations under the norms of single and double bonds through parallel tripartite thinking at national level / national tribunal proceedings. Tribunal or the members of the tripartite could make recommendations and solutions based on the general “principle of fairness” without bringing the matter on the sloping surface of the international evasion obligation of international law. The whole is more important than the sum of its parts.
Methods of sustainable development
The Sustainable Development Goals Program lacks clear shared 17 goals and 169 sub-goals in the current global context. Clusters are also needed to manage the whole more effectively. Clusters would be made up of whose methods resemble each other. At the same time, resources would be used efficiently.
The Asumer model has four clusters, three substance clusters, and one method cluster that
identify standards for business process description, implementation, digitization, and performance evaluation. There is also separate management and change management as well as related support functions at the country level. The process methods of environmental issues differ from the methods of social development and the development of the state system. There is a need for greater coherence between the different parts in terms of the content of the concepts and taxonomies.
The current method of the SDG program is ill-suited for digitization. Control implemented with the help of ICT must start from the functionality of the controlled processes, not from the hierarchy. The current PCM / LFA method does not provide information that would allow compatibility between different components implement. Retrieving causal root causes and creating methodological standards is a “must-have” in any content cluster. Water issues are as important as climate change. The Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), signed in the late 1990s, needs to be put in place to manage climate change.
Abolition of ex-post prosecution of state leadership
Strengthening integrity and bringing about cross-border action in sustainable development is the content of a new kind of community thinking. Communality (double-cohabitation) has not progressed in its 2,500-year history of governmental development since the Enlightenment and constitutional governmental development since the late 18th century, first in the United States and then in Europe.
The functioning of democracy has not been questioned at the UN. The credibility problem is known when viewed through the fingers. It is related to hybrid thinking and the functioning of bonds. The current “beauty flaw” in the state dimension of equality could be remedied by removing the ex-post prosecution protection for heads of state in many countries. It could be implemented through its own specific addition to the 2015 target program to maintain the credibility of the policy in the world.
